DAY 1 · DEPARTURE

  • Meet with your group at your local airport and take off aboard your overnight flight to Nice.

DAY 2 · NICE

  • Arrive in Nice and meet your Tour Director—it’s time to begin your trip!
  • Discover vibrant markets and baroque churches as you enjoy a walking tour with a local guide through the narrow streets and along the large beaches of Nice. 
  • Settle into your rooms at the hotel, and take some time to relax and unwind before dinner at a local restaurant.

DAY 3 · MONACO - NICE

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • Head off to the Principality of Monaco! Spot the glamorous Monte Carlo Casino, stroll the streets where the Formula 1 Grand Prix is hosted, wander through Monaco-Ville, and see the historic Prince’s Palace. Enjoy free time for lunch at Marché de la Condamine, an open-air market full of local delicacies.
  • Visit the Jardin Exotique d’Eze where you’ll enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from this beautiful botanical garden. 
  • Return to Nice for the evening. Wonder along Avenue Jean Médecin, where you can admire the fountains of Masséna Plaza, followed by a stroll along the famous Promenade des Anglais, which runs alongside the pebbled beach—keep your bathing suits handy, in case your group wants to dip in for a swim.
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

DAY 4 · AIX-EN-PROVENCE - AVIGNON

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • Canoe from the Gorges du Verdon to Beaudinard Canyon with a local guide to discover the limestone cliffs, intriguing caves, and diverse wildlife on your adventure through Verdon Regional Park. 
  • Wander through the picturesque old town of Aix-en-Provence to see Cours Mirabeau, Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, and the charming Place des Prêcheurs on a guided walking tour.  
  • Indulge in traditional French sweets during a guided tour of the Museum of Calissons, before heading to your next stop: Avignon.
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

DAY 5 · AVIGNON - NÎMES

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • Explore the historical centre of Avignon, home to the the Saint-Bézénet Bridge, made famous by the song “Sur le Pont d’Avignon.”
  • Experience a self-guided visit of the impressive Palace of the Popes, the largest Gothic palace in the world, built atop a rocky outcrop, showcasing the power of the Roman Catholic Church during the Middle Ages.
  • Learn about the ancient Roman aqueduct that spans the Gardon River on a guided tour of Pont du Gard.
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

  • Arena of Nîmes: Step back in time as you explore this well-preserved Roman Amphitheatre, which dates back to the 1st century.
  • Manade Fernay experience: Discover the Camargue region’s rice fields and experience herding horses and bulls with a local herdsman. 

DAY 6 ·NÎMES - PARIS

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director before taking the TGV train to Paris!
  • Ascend the iconic Eiffel Tower and uncover its hidden secrets, breathtaking views, and romantic spots—this is a visit you won't forget!
  • Experience Paris from a different perspective during a narrated bateau mouche cruise on the Seine.
  • Explore the Grands Boulevards, a haven for shopping enthusiasts. Stroll along Boulevard Haussmann, admire the Tiffany Dome at Galeries Lafayette, and indulge in a gourmet treat at the Ladurée pastry shop in Printemps department store. Will you resist a delicious macaron?
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

DAY 7 · PARIS

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • Tour the Musée d'Orsay, home to a remarkable collection of Impressionist and Post-Impressionist masterpieces by Monet, Renoir, Cézanne, Gauguin, and Van Gogh.
  • Cross the Seine via the Léopold Sédar-Senghor pedestrian bridge to the Tuileries Garden. Stroll through this elegant park, once part of a royal palace, and admire its beautiful sculptures.
  • Explore Île Saint-Louis and Île de la Cité, the historic heart of Paris. Discover Pont Neuf, one of the city’s oldest bridges, and visit the Conciergerie, where Queen Marie Antoinette spent her final days. 
  • Enjoy lunch and some free time in the Quartier Latin before trying your hand at pétanque, a traditional French game known to locals as “les boules”—perfect for practicing your French!
  • Explore the iconic Montmartre district, where you'll admire the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur and the Moulin Rouge. Capture a group photo at the famous steps and learn the local love languages at the Wall of Love.
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

DAY 8 · PARIS

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • Experience art in a new way with a self-guided visit to the Atelier des Lumières. Enjoy stunning projections of masterpieces onto the walls, ceiling, and floor of this former foundry, showcasing a range of artists from classic to contemporary.
  • Have lunch at Marché des Enfants Rouges, the oldest food market in Paris. Open since 1615, it’s a bustling spot for locals and tourists alike. 
  • At the end of the Champs-Élysées, discover the Arc de Triomphe, an emblem of Paris that honours the Unknown Soldier and serves as a site for commemorative ceremonies.
  • Stroll down the legendary Avenue des Champs-Élysées, known as the most beautiful avenue in the capital, lined with boutiques that embody Paris's reputation as the fashion capital of the world.
  • Enjoy a historic meal at Le Bouillon Chartier, a century-old restaurant classified as a historical monument since 1989.
  • Enjoy an evening walk from the illuminated Grands Boulevards to the romantic Pont des Arts, capture the magical essence of the city as you pass by iconic sites like Place Vendôme and Place de la Concorde.

DAY 9 · PARIS

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director before taking the RER train to Versailles!
  • Discover one of France's greatest treasures, the Palace of Versailles. Enjoy a self-guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage site, exploring the King's Chamber, the Queen's private apartment, and the Hall of Mirrors.
  • Take time for lunch at the Marché Notre-Dame, where you can gather local specialties for a delightful picnic. Don’t miss the nearby Berthillon Ice Cream shop for dessert!
  • No trip to Versailles is complete without exploring its stunning gardens, designed by Le Nôtre during Louis XIV's reign. Stroll along the Grand Canal, through the groves, and admire the numerous statues and fountains before taking the train back to Paris. 
  • Have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

DAY 10 · PARIS - DEPARTURE

  • Breakfast and orientation session at the hotel with your Tour Director. 
  • With your head and luggage full of memories, make your way to the Paris airport to catch your flight home.
