Meet with your group at the airport and take off aboard your flight to Guayaquil.
Arrive at José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport, where you will meet your Tour Director and hop aboard a locally chartered motor coach. It’s time to begin your trip!
Have dinner at a local restaurant before checking in at the hotel for a good night’s rest.

Depart for the Pacific Coast, with a stop for lunch at a local restaurant along the way.
Arrive in the Indigenous Community of the Pacific Coast, where you will be hosted over the next days. This indigenous village of 300 people in Machalilla National Park thrives on agriculture, craftsmanship, and ecotourism. The community is dedicated to sustainable practices, ensuring that their way of life and the surrounding environment is preserved for future generations.
Your immersion begins now! Enjoy a first integration activity between your group and the community before heading off to your host families for your first dinner and overnight stay.

Start each day with a typical Costa Rican breakfast prepared by your host families.
Over the next week, you’ll be involved in a community project, supporting local conservation and environmental management efforts, improving the community's basic infrastructure, and enhancing ecotourism initiatives, primarily organized by the women of the community. You’ll work on the project for 4 to 6 hours each day. (Lunches will be prepared by your host families.)
In the afternoons, you'll take part in cultural and educational activities, including a visit to the health-beneficial Laguna de Azufre in Agua Blanca for a swim in its therapeutic waters. Another day, you'll relax at Los Frailes Beach, known for its white sands and turquoise waters. You'll also visit the charming fishing village of Puerto Lopez to learn about local life and participate in a farewell sporting event and closing ceremony with the Agua Blanca community.
Return with your host family at the end of every day for a well-deserved night’s rest.

Enjoy your final breakfast with your host families before saying your farewells.
Meet with your group and head off to Isla de la Plata, also known as “The Poor Man's Galapagos”.
Enjoy a guided tour of the island, a true biodiversity hotspot, home to countless species of exotic animals. Lunches will be provided during your excursion.
Enjoy the sunset in the coastal village of Puerto Lopez before transferring to Montanita for the evening.
Check in at the hotel, then enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel restaurant before returning to your rooms for a well-deserved night's rest.

Spend the day at leisure in Montanita, a laid-back coastal village renowned for its vibrant beach scene and atmosphere. Take time to explore the charming streets, browse unique local shops, or simply relax by the beach.
Enjoy a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, savoring Ecuadorian flavours while soaking in the laid-back vibe of this picturesque seaside town.
Transfer to Guayaquil for the evening, where you’ll have dinner at a lovely local restaurant and head to the hotel for a good night's rest.

Check out from your hotel and head to the local market in Guayaquil for some last-minute souvenir shopping and a chance to practice your Spanish with locals one last time.
With your head and luggage full of memories, make your way to José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport to catch your flight home.
